On May 18, 2025, the”AI ECOM IN ACTION”:: Turning Ideas into Results” event, co-organized by MKT Software and ECOM ACADEMY, took place in Hanoi. Amidst the technological boom, over 1,000 entrepreneurs, experts, and sellers from across the country gathered to explore the new growth key named AI.
From 8 a.m., the lobby area on the 2nd floor of Trống Đồng Palace Hoàng Quốc Việt became lively with hundreds of guests checking in, networking, and taking photos with the event backdrop. The main content of the program began with a presentation on “Applying AI in Shopee E-commerce – Personalizing the Shopping Experience” by Mr. Văn Chính, CEO of ECOM ACADEMY. With 10 steps to successfully implement AI selling on Shopee and examples from Shopee, Mr. Văn Chính helped attendees visualize the application of AI from theory to practice. To enhance video production efficiency on TikTok for sellers, he also suggested effective product promotion formulas and how to use AI as a content production assistant to increase video virality for businesses and shop owners.

Continuing the event was a key topic—”Applying AI in Video Production and Brand Coverage”—presented by Mr. Đặng Minh Tiến, CEO of ViCoaching and Co-Founder of MKT Software.
